Utah Valley Athletic Hall of Fame Members
In April 1998, under the direction of Athletic Director Mike Jacobsen, Utah Valley held its first Athletic Hall of Fame banquet. There were four inductees in the inaugural ceremonies. They were Lewis Feild, David Nelson, Sharon Benson Peterson, and Stephanie Trane. Membership in the Hall of Fame is limited to athletes and coaches who were superior performers during their careers at Utah Valley, and to others, who by their contributions, have made a lasting impact on the athletic program. This year on December 13th, former school President, Dr. J. Marvin Higbee, and former track and cross country star, Marie Hodson Glahn were inducted into the Utah Valley Athletic Hall of Fame.
