FRESHMAN ~ (2010): (INDOOR) Won the heptathlon and set a new conference meet record in the process with 4543 total points at the GWC Indoor Championships at USD ... had a season best total in the heptathlon of 4595 at the BYU Indoor Invitational to open the season ... had season best times/marks of 7.43 (60m), 8.52 (60m hurdles), 1.89m (high jump), 3.35m (pole vault), 6.47m (long jump), and 11.04m (shot put) ...(OUTDOOR) won the decathlon at the GWC Outdoor Championships in Yankton, S.D. with 6332 points and also placed second in the 110m hurdles (15.05), eighth in the 400m hurdles (1:00.95), ninth in the pole vault (3.35m or 10'-11.75"), and 11th in the high jump (1.80m or 5'-10.75") to help his team repeat as conference champions ... UVU's top performer in the decathlon (6332) and 110m hurdles (14.97) on the season ... had season best times/marks of 11.66 (100m), 52:04 (400m), 4:31.79 (1500m), 56.27 (400m hurdles), 1.89m (long jump), 3.74m (pole vault), 6.11m (long jump), 10.92m (shot put), 33.98m (discus), and 43.48 (javelin).

Before Utah Valley: Prepped at Payson High School ... was a State Champion as well as placing second at State ... broke the school record in the 300m hurdles ... also ran cross country in high school.
