SOPHOMORE ~ (2012): (INDOOR) Won the long jump (7.01m), placed second in the heptathlon (4,681) and third in the 60m (7.06) at the Great West Conference Championships ... Placed second in the 4x400 (3:17.19) at the Boise State Team Challenge ... Finished third in the heptathlon (5,122) and second in the long jump (7.01m) at the Air Force Team Challenge. FRESHMAN ~ (2009): (INDOOR) Named the GWC Indoor Men's Athlete of the Year as well as the Newcomer of the Year after winning the heptathlon with 4533 total points, winning the long jump (22'11.25"), placing 2nd in the triple jump (45'00.25"), 4th in the high jump (6'02.75") and 4th in the 60m hurdles (8.67) at the GWC Indoor Championships ... was named GWC Male Athlete of the Week on Feb. 11 after setting a new school record in the heptathlon with 4632 total points at the Mountain States Games at Idaho State ... (OUTDOOR) named the GWC Outdoor Men's Athlete of the Year as well as the Newcomer of the Year after winning the decathlon with 5970 total points, winning the long jump/breaking the school record (24'04.50"), placing 2nd in the triple jump (46'00.75"), 4th in the 110m hurdles (15.98), 8th in the high jump (6'02.75"), and 11th in the javelin throw (136'11.25") at the GWC Outdoor Championships in Houston, Texas ... was named GWC Male Athlete of the Week on April 15 after he won the Bengal Hep./Dec. at Idaho State with 6186 total points. Before Utah Valley ... Prepped at Chaparral High School ... his team was regional champs in 2005 ... All-Region and All-State in Long jump ... All American Decathalon ... fifth at USATF Nationals ... also lettered in gymnastics. Personal ...
