(OUTDOOR) qualified for the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field West Regional in the 10,000m run with a qualifying time of 34:40.21 at the prestigious Mt. SAC Relays and in the 3000m steeplechase (10:41.90) at the GWC Outdoor Championships ... elected to only run the 10,000m run at the NCAA West Regional at the Univ. of Texas and ended up sustaining an injury during the race causing her not to advance to the NCAA Championships ... named the GWC Female Athlete of the Year ... at the GWC Outdoor Championships she won three distance events, the 5000m run (17:18.14), the 10,000m run (35:30.25), and the 3000m steeplechase (10:41.90), and also placed fourth in the 1500m run (4:37.06) as she helped her team repeat as conference champions ... broke both the 5000m and 10,000m run school records with times of 16:46.28 in the 5000 at the Oxy Invite in Los Angeles and 34:40.21 in the 10,000 at Mt.
