Wolverines End Indoor Season on a High Note

Ogden, UT -€“ Kari Snow ended the indoor track season on a positive note by breaking the 55-meter hurdle record with a time of 8.17. The old record was 8.3 seconds. Snow also broke the record in the preliminaries by running 8.27.

-€œIt was a very good indoor season all around,-€ associate head coach Kirke Adamson said.

Mariama Salifu placed first in the 55-meter and 200m races. Jalee Vernon-€™s jump of 16 feet eight inches and Β½ inch was good for a top three finish and a personal best mark. She also set a personal best in the 55m-hurdles at 8.97.

Brittany Larsen was second in the triple jump at 33 feet 6 and ΒΌ inches. Chris Fogt was second in the 200 and 400m races. He ran a 22.45 in the 200 and 50.47 in the 400.
