SOPHOMORE ~ (2008): A 2008 men's team captain ... named a Perry Homes Utah Valley Scholar Athlete of the month for September and maintains a cumulative 3.82 GPA ... named to the 2008 Great West Conference Fall All-Academic Team ... a member of the Great West Conference First Team All-Conference as he finished fifth overall at the GWC Championships in Orem, Utah (26:05.80 - 8K) ... competed in all six events on the season and was the Wolverines top finisher in two of the meets, the BYU Autumn Classic and the Montana State Invitational, and the second finisher in the other four ... finished in 12th place overall at the BYU Autumn Classic (21:48.80 - 7K) ... placed 10th overall at the Montana State Invitational (25:05.00 - 5 mile) ... finished fourth overall at the UVU Invitational (15:58.20 - 5K) ... placed fifth overall at the Color Country Invitational in Cedar City, Utah (26:04.00 - 8K) ... placed seventh overall at the Idaho State Invitational (19:38.38 - 6K).
