SOPHOMORE ~ (2009): Named a Great West Conference First Team All-Conference selection ... was UVU's top finisher in three of the six races on the year ... placed fourth overall at the GWC Cross Country Championships at famed Van Cortland Park in the Bronx, N.Y. with a time of 26:30.2 (8K) and helped his team win its first conference championship ... placed second overall at SUU's Color Country Invitational in Cedar City as he finished with a time of 25:27.1 and 16th at the MSU Bobcat Invitational in Bozeman, Mont. with a time of 25:50.0 (5 miles) ... was UVU's top finisher at its first-ever NCAA Regional as he placed 47th and finished with a time of 32:01.3 (10K) at the NCAA Mountain Regional.

FRESHMAN ~ (2008): Named the Great West Conference Male Newcomer of the Year ... was a two-time GWC Runner of the Week ... named a member of the GWC First Team All-Conference as he finished fourth overall (26:04.00 - 8K) at the GWC Championships in Orem, Utah ... competed in all six events on the season and was the Wolverines top finisher in four of the six events, the Idaho State Invitational, UVU Invitational, Color County Invitational, and the GWC Championships ... finished fourth overall at the Idaho State Invitational (19:32.22 - 6K) ... placed second overall at the UVU Invitational (15:50.50 - 5K) ... placed third overall at the Color Country Invitational in Cedar City, Utah (25:31.50 - 8K) ... finished 14th overall at the Montana State Invitational and was the Wolverines second finisher (25:17.00 - 5 mile).
