SAN ANTONIO, Texas -- The Utah Valley University men's golf team will tee it up for the final time as members of the America Sky Conference Monday-Wednesday at The Dominion Country Club.

The tournament, which will be contested on the par-72, 6,937-yard course, begins at 7 a.m. (MT) with UVU's Mason Casper, Houston Baptist's Brandon Wilhide, Sacramento State's Ryan Williams and Southern Utah's Tim Leonard tee off at No. 1.

"If we play well, we will have a chance to win and that's all we can ask for," UVU men's golf coach Chris Curran said. "We feel like we will have a very solid 5."

In addition to Casper, Michael Dart, Brayden Eriksen, Corey Eccles and Stratton Schulz will compete for the Wolverines. All but Eccles played in the event last year at the Lake of Isles Golf Course in Stonington, Conn.

Last year, Casper, the reigning ASC Golfer of the Year, shots rounds of 73-73-75 to finish third overall in leading the Wolverines to a fourth-place finish, the highest conference finish in school history.

Casper, who is ranked 64th in the nation in scoring average, leads the team at 72.26 followed by Corey Eccles (64.72), Dart (75.21), Schulz (75.15) and Eriksen (76.96).
