OREM, Utah -- Utah Valley University men's golf coach Chris Curran has announced that walk-on tryouts for the team will be held Aug. 27-30.

Site and time have yet to be determined.

A cut will be made after two rounds.

In order to tryout a potential student-athlete must to the following:

-- Complete the Walk-on/Tryout packet with the UVU compliance office

-- Complete a physical

-- Register with the NCAA Eligibility Center

-- Enroll in at least 12 credits

-- Have a USGA handicap of 2.5 or better
