UVU will officially begin its 2011-12 season Saturday at the Trapper Open in Powell, Wyo.

SOPHOMORE ~ (2010-11): 8-8 overall record (0-0 duals) ... placed fifth at the Kaufman-Brand Open on Nov. 20 after going 4-2 ... also went 3-2 at the Northwest Trapper Open on Nov. 6 ... all eight of his wins were by decision.

REDSHIRT ~ (2009-10): Redshirted the 2009-10 season at UVU.

Before Utah Valley: Prepped at Palo Verde High School in Las Vegas, Nevada ... holds the Best All-Time Win Percentage at PVHS ... two-time Region Champion ... three-time State Placer and a two-time State Runner-up ... also pole vaulted on the track team in high school.
