Registration Form

OREM, Utah- Registrations are now being accepted for the UVU men's and women's golf "Birdie Club Golf Tournament" to be held Jan. 26, 2013, at Coral Canyon Golf Course.

The cost is $500 per team and the fee includes cart, lunch and range balls. Hole sponsorship are also available for $300.

Proceeds with benefit the UVU men's and women's golf teams.
