Three Wolverines Earn United Soccer Conference Academic Honors
Feb. 16, 2007 Orem, UT- Utah Valley State soccer players Courtney Robbins, Alyssa Woodbury and Megan Berrett were named to the 2006 United Soccer Conference All-Academic team. The award was voted on by coaches from Utah Valley State, Delaware State, Howard, South Carolina State, Longwood and New Jersey Institute of Technology. The Wolverines were the only school with three athletes named to the academic team. Robbins finished the fall semester with a 3.94 grade point average. She currently holds a 3.64 overall GPA and is majoring Social Work. She played and started in all 19 games and had a team-best eight goals and three assists. Woodbury is a Fire Science major who finished the fall semester with a 3.83 GPA. She also carries a 3.96 cumulative GPA. Woodbury played and started in all 19 games and was a key player in the Wolverines defensive attack this year. Berrett had a 3.92 GPA for the fall semester and she carries a 3.82 cumulative average. She played in all 19 games and had two goals and two assists in the 2006 season. 2006 All-Academic Team
